This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules for booking cancellations and refunds for car rental services provided by
Bookingcar LTD.
By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Booking Confirmation- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation by Bookingcar LTD
- Pricing and rental conditions are communicated before confirmation
2. Cancellation by Customera) Cancellation Before Rental Start- Cancellations made before the rental start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and timing of cancellation
- No cancellation fees apply unless clearly communicated in advance
b) Late Cancellation or No-Show- Failure to collect the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior notice may be considered a no-show
- In such cases, refunds may not be available
3. Cancellation by Bookingcar LTDBookingcar LTD reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional cases, including:
- Vehicle unavailability due to technical issues
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
If a booking is cancelled by Bookingcar LTD, any prepaid amount will be
fully refunded.
4. Refunds- Refunds are processed using the original payment method
- Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank
- Refunds usually take 5–14 business days to appear
5. Early Return- Early return of the vehicle does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for unused rental days unless agreed in advance
6. No Deposit PolicyWe offer car rentals
without a security deposit.
This does not affect the renter’s responsibility for:
- Traffic fines
- Damages not covered by insurance
- Violations of rental terms
7. Additional ServicesPayments for optional services (delivery, child seats, additional drivers, etc.) are refundable only if cancelled before service provision.
8. Force MajeureNo refunds are guaranteed in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Severe weather conditions
9. DisputesIf you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds or cancellations, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
10. Changes to This PolicyBookingcar LTD reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
